The PerfectSil™ product range from MZ-Analysentechnik GmbH contains many high-quality HPLC columns for demanding and reproducible separations. The base material is a high-purity, spherical silica gel, which is available with a wide range of different modifications. Due to a low phase bleed, the columns can also be used in LC-MS applications.
PerfectSil™ columns are available with different pore sizes. An average pore size of 100 Å or 120 Å for PerfectSil 100 or PerfectSil 120 is suitable for analytes ≤ 2 to 5 kDa.
PerfectSil™ 300 are various wide-pore phases for HPLC that have been specially developed with a pore size of 300 Å for the analysis of larger biomolecules.
