In case the molecular weight is around 80 kDa, enables protein separation at temperatures close to body temperature.
Good reproducibility among column batches.
Longer length columns achieve more defined separations.
Enables analysis of mAb (145 kDa) at higher than 45℃.
The column has showed more than 85% recovery at 50℃ column temperature.
Due to π π interaction, the ULTRON HF-Phenyl column has ability to recognize positional isomers and different separation pattern from the ULTRON HF-ODS and HF-C4 column.
Shown below is analysis of positional isomers of cresol under water rich mobile phase condition with the ULTRON HF-Phenyl.
Shown below is comparison of peptides separation on the ULTRON HF series. The ULTRON HF-Phenyl and ULTRON HF-ODS columns are suitable for analysis of peptides. However, the peak profiles are different between the ULTRON HF-ODS and ULTRON HF-Phenyl.

The outer diameter of the capillary column is 0.38 mm. Please use suitable fittings (Sleeve, Ferrules, etc.) for your Nano Flow LC system. Normally, FEP sleeve fittings are shipped as a standard specification. Pressure resistant fittings (Inlet side: PEEK sleeve) are also available as option with additional cost.
